Responsibilities
-- Coach account executives at the deal level and manage own pipeline of strategic accounts -- Recruit, train, and manage a high performant team of sales development and account executives -- Drive ongoing improvements in sales methodology, tactics and expansion strategy -- Build buyer personas, messaging & cadences, sales collateral, competitor analysis, objection handling, etc. -- Improve operational efficiency by improving CRM and sales tools used by sales team -- Work closely with executive team to continuously report and update forecast and board presentations -- Work closely with the marketing to drive continuous improvements to demand generation and create a US channel and partner programs
Requirements
-- You have 8-12 years of professional experience with 5+ years in software sales and 3+ years in sales management -- You have a proven track record of success building and growing revenue from $1m to $10m in ARR -- Experience building (not inheriting) sales strategy for complex, multi-product SaaS solution -- You have hands-on management experience managing both sales development (inside sales), and direct sellers -- You have familiarity with e-commerce or ERP software tech industry and experience selling to SMBs -- Proven success as a individual seller with ARR of $10-50k -- Experience executing on channel and reseller strategies
